A simple soup with minimal ingredients. Easy and delicious!

Fry the onion in butter until caramelized, then add the veggie or meat for a couple of minutes.
Add the Chia seed.
Add the Bone Broth and bring to a boil.
Simmer until veggies are tender.
If you want some chunks of veggie / meat in your soup, remove some and set aside.
Using a food processor or hand blender, blend the soup until you have a nice even consistency.
Add your veggie / meat chunks back to the broth.
Add the cream, stir and serve.
Enjoy!
Notes
I always double the recipe and freeze some for later.
Makes for quick and easy lunch or dinner when you're pressed for time!
You can use a store bought broth if you haven't had time to make your own.
