Waffles

Low Carb Waffles! Yes, Waffles!

Ingredients

  1. 4 eggs
  2. 1/2 block cream cheese, softened
  3. 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  4. 1 tbsp Stevia or Monkfruit sweetener
  5. 1/2 cup Almond flour
  6. 2 tbsp Butter or Coconut oil
  7. 1 tsp Baking Powder

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and mix well.
Make sure you have no lumps in your batter.
Spray or grease a waffle iron and make the waffles as usual.
Makes 3 or 4 waffles.

Serve with Berry Sauce and Whipped Cream!
