Berry Sauce

An easy berry sauce for a lot of desserts!

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup Mixed Berries or Raspberries,frozen
  2. 1 cup powdered Stevia
  3. 2 tbsp Chia seeds

Instructions

Combine the berries, sweetener and Chia seeds in a pot. Bring to a boil, stirring often.
Let simmer until it begins to thicken.

Notes
If you thicken it a little more with the chia seeds, you can use this sauce as freezer jam as well. Just package it up in small containers / ziploc bags and freeze!
