This low carb bread is the best I've had!

Preheat your oven to 375 F.
Line a large pan or spring form pan with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.
Put the cream cheese and mozzarella in a microwaveable bowl.
Microwave the cheese for 1 minute, stir, then microwave for another minute or until the cheese has completely melted.
Add the eggs, parmesan, pork rinds, parsely flakes and baking powder and stir well.
Pour the mixture evenly into the pan and bake for about 20 minutes.
Enjoy!
Notes
This is the best low carb bread I've had. Doesn't taste too eggy or almond floury (if that's a word...)
Makes great breadsticks!
