Green Salad

The simplest salad imaginable, but don't underestimate it!

Ingredients

  1. Lettuce of your choice (green leaf, living, artisan)
  2. Oil & Vinegar dressing
  3. 1/4 Medium Onion, finely diced

Instructions

Cut or rip the lettuce into a colander and rinse thoroughly.
Put the onion into a salad bowl and cover with the Oil & Vinegar dressing. Let soak for a few minutes.
Add the lettuce to the salad bowl and toss.
Make sure the lettuce is well coated with dressing.

Notes

You can add other veggies to the salad if desired.
Try adding some cut broccoli or tomato for a little variety!
