Caprese Salad

A wonderful tomato salad drizzled with balsamic vinegar.

Ingredients

  1. 2 Large Tomatoes
  2. 1/4 cup Basil
  3. Fresh Mozzarella / Bocconcini cheese
  4. Reduced Balsamic Vinegar
  5. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  6. Salt & Pepper

Instructions

Cut the tomatoes thin and layer them on your plate.
Place a slice of Mozzarella between each layer of tomato. If you are using Bocconcini, cut the cheese balls in half and spread evenly over the tomatoes.
Sprinkle cut up Basil over the tomatoes, then drizzle with Balsamic vinegar.
Finally, drizzle with Olive Oil.
