Shrimp with pasta, broccoli and a cream sauce. Delicious!
Ingredients
300 - 500 grams raw Shrimp with tails removed
1 cup Broccoli, chopped into small pieces
1 bag raw Spinach
1 Package NuPasta noodles (or Konjac noodles if you prefer)
200 ml whipping cream
2 tsps Knorr soup stock (to taste)
1 tbsps Butter
Salt & Pepper
Instructions
Drain and rinse the NuPasta (or Konjac) noodles.
In a large frying pan, melt the butter.
Saute the shrimp for about 5 minutes, then set aside in a bowl.
Repeat for the Broccoli and the spinach and set them aside as well.
Combine the noodles, shrimp, broccoli and spinach in the frying pan.
Add the whipping cream and soup stock, mix well again.
Cook on high for about 5 minutes, or until the cream sauce starts to thicken.
Add salt & pepper to taste.
Notes
Freshly grated parmesan on top takes this to another level!
