Schnitzel with Bacon and Onions

This is some next level Schnitzel!

Ingredients

  1. 2 or 3 leftover cutlets from the Jaeger Schnitzel recipe
  2. 3 slices Bacon, diced
  3. 1/2 onion, diced
  4. White Cheese of your choice

Instructions
This recipe is part of the "Cook once, eat three times" idea and assumes you have leftover schnitzel from the Jaeger Schnitzel recipe.

Fry the bacon and onion together until the onions are glossy in appearance.
Put on top of the cutlets and cover with a layer of cheese.
Broil on high for 5 to 8 minutes, until cheese melts and begins to brown.

Serve with a green salad.

Notes
For a gourmet presentation, drizzle with Balsamic glaze!
