Bored with the same old thing? This is a really nice way to have salmon!

Ingredients

  1. 1 - 6 to 8 oz piece of salmon, skinless
  2. 1 "Unbun" baguette
    Unbun Low Carb Baguettes
  3. Capers (optional)
  4. Pickles (optional)
  5. Mayonnaise
  6. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  7. Paprika
  8. Salt & Pepper

Instructions
Sprinkle the salmon with paprika, salt & pepper.
Cut the salmon in half and fry in Olive Oil until you get a nice, crispy crust on each side.

Cut the Unbun baguette in half, then cut each half lengthwise.
Lightly toast the Unbun baguette in the oven at 350 degrees.

Add a layer of mayonnaise to each half of the Unbun baguette and assemble your salmon burger.
Serve with a Green Salad

The Unbun baguettes are available at Super Store, but they are quite expensive!
