The easiest pork tenderloin recipe ever!

Lay out a long piece of plastic wrap.
Cut the pork tenderloin in 1/2 or 1/3's to fit the width of your plastic wrap.
Coat the tenderloin with Olive Oil, then cover well with Montreal Steak Spice.
Wrap the tenderloin with plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator for a minimum of 48 hours.
Bring to room temperature before you grill it.
Grill at 500 F (or higher) for 12 - 15 minutes, turning often to avoid burning.
Notes
You can freeze the pork tenderloin instead of refrigerating it.
If you prefer a different spice, go for it!
