Homemade Hamburgers

Everyone loves homemade hamburgers!

Ingredients

  1. 2 lbs ground beef and pork mixture
  2. 2 eggs
  3. 1/2 package Whisps
    whisps
  4. 1 package Pork rinds
    pork rinds
  5. 3 tbsps Almond flour
  6. 3 tbsps Ground Chia seeds
  7. Paprika to taste
  8. Pepper to taste
  9. 1 Medium Onion, finely chopped
  10. 1/2 cup Parsely
  11. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  12. Butter

Instructions
Put the Whisps and Pork Rinds in a blender / food processor and blend until you get a coarse mixture. Alternatively you can put them in a plastic bag and roll them with a rolling pin.

In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients and mix well.
Form the mixture into patties, about the size of your palm and 1 inch thick (2 cm).

In a large frying pan heat Olive Oil and Butter. Cook the patties for about 5 minutes, turning frequently.

Notes
This mixture is also great for meatballs with Tomato sauce, Swedish Meatballs with a cream sauce or even Salisbury Steak!
