Apricot Glazed Ham

Simple and delicious! What else do you need!?

Ingredients

  1. 1 Cup sugar free Apricot Jam
  2. 1 Cup Brown Sugar substitute (Swerve)
  3. 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  4. 1 tsp Ground Mustard
  5. Pinch of Cloves
  6. Pinch of Allspice
  7. Shake of Salt & Pepper
  8. 3 to 5 lb Ham of your choice

Instructions
In a sauce pan combine all ingredients, except the ham, and bring to a boil, stirring regularly.
Line a casserole or other oven-safe dish with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
Place the ham in the casserole and spoon about half of the glaze over the ham.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 F for a minimum of 20 minutes per LB.
When done, spoon some more of the glaze over the ham and bake uncovered for another 30 minutes.

Serve with the rest of the glaze on the side.

Easy and inexpensive dinner. Serve with Scalloped Potatoes for a Holiday classic!
