In a large, oven-safe frying pan saute the vegetables in butter. Set aside.
Break the eggs into a large bowl, add the cream and mix well.
Pour the egg mixture into the frying pan and let cook for a couple of minutes.
Add the meat and vegetables on top of the eggs, but do not stir them in.
Cover with cheese and broil for a couple of minutes.
Keep a close eye on it as it can burn very quickly at that temperature!
Notes
When you serve it, put a baking mitt over the handle of the pan to avoid anyone burning their hands on the hot handle.
Don't use raw vegetables as they won't have time to cook through and can be very watery.
