Charcuterie Board

Meat, cheese, pickles, crackers, whatever... simple and delicious!

Ingredients

  1. Cold cuts or leftover meat, thinly sliced
  2. Assorted cheese, sliced
  3. Black Sesame Crackers

  4. Black Olives
  5. Roasted Red Peppers
  6. Pickles
  7. Artichoke Hearts
  8. Anything else you like to nibble on

Instructions
Layer a serving tray or board with the meat, cheese and crackers.
Add other ingredients around the edges.

Notes
If you like mustard or horse radish with your charcuterie, buy it in squeezable tubes so you can put a dab of it here and there. Makes a nice presentation.
