Instructions
Wrap each piece of sliced tenderloin with a strip of bacon and lay in an oven-safe casserole dish.
Top with the mushrooms.
Mix cream and wine in a container, add paprika, salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the cream mixture over the casserole dish.
Cover and bake at 375 degrees F for 90 minutes.
Uncover for the last 20 minutes to brown.
Serve with Cauliflower mash or the veggie of your choice.
