Freezer Jam

The easiest jam recipe ever!

Ingredients

  1. 2 cup Mixed Berries or Raspberries,frozen
  2. 2 cup powdered Stevia
  3. 2 tbsp Chia seeds

Instructions

Combine the berries, sweetener and Chia seeds in a pot.
Bring to a boil, stirring often.
Let simmer until it begins to thicken.
Make sure you taste it and adjust the sweetness to your liking.
You can add more Chia seeds to make it thicker if so desired.

Freeze in small containers or ziploc bags.
