Easy cheesecake with mixed berries and fall spices

Instructions - Berry Sauce
Combine the berries, sweetener and Chia seeds in a pot. Bring to a boil, stirring often.
Let simmer until it begins to thicken.
Instructions - Cheesecake
Combine Almond flour, sweetener, Cinnamon and Allspice in a frying pan.
On a low heat stir constantly until golder brown.
DO NOT LEAVE UNATTENDED AS IT CAN BURN VERY QUICKLY!!!
Put about 90% of the Almond flour mixture evenly into 4 wine or Martini glasses.
In a bowl mix the cream cheese, whipping cream and pudding powder until stiff.
Divide the pudding mixture evenly into the glasses.
Top with Berry sauce and sprinkle with remaining Almond flour mixture.
Add Whipped Cream if desired (and who doesn't?)
Notes
Double the Berry Sauce and use as the topping for other desserts.
Or pour it over ice cream. Yummy!
