Homemade Ice Cream

Homemade, Low-Carb Ice Cream!

This recipe assumes you have an ice cream maker / attachment for your mixer

Ingredients

  1. 2 cups Whipping Cream
  2. 2 cups full fat Milk
  3. 1/2 cup powdered sweetener
  4. 1 oz Vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions
Chill the mixing bowl in the freezer overnight.
Mix all ingredients in a separate mixing bowl.
Assemble your ice cream mixer and turn it on at the lowest speed.
Slowly pour the mix into the chilled mixing bowl and let it mix until it gets to your desired consisency, between 20 and 30 minutes.

Notes
You can add other ingredients, like Lily's chocolate chips, for a little variety.
