I would like to share with you all the wonderful experience I had taking part in Corina's cooking class. It was a lovely few hours learning how to create healthy dishes and helpful tips. There were only three of us so there was lots of hands on and I had a really good time laughing, sharing and learning with the other women. We learnt how to take a meal and turn it into three different meal ideas. I think this is a wonderful idea in this busy world. Cook once and eat healthy three times!

I have been working with Corina for the last 9 weeks and so far have lost 22 pounds. this is not the first or second time I tried to lose weight. But the difference is there is no limit on the food I get to eat, just that it's low carb. She got me organized with planning each week on Mondays so I can do my shopping and prep work. The rest of the week goes much easier then. Most important thing is I can contact her for support when I feel like I'm falling apart. I hope to lose 40 more pounds and I know we can do it together.
